We always start here. Send an email with: a description of your project, address, name, and phone number. If this looks like a project we can get behind, we will set up a time to meet and go from there. We will respond within 48hrs to all new requests.

Initial consultations are free and and typically last 30min-45min. They are seen as a discovery process where we get to know each other and share general ideas for what your space may become. During this time we may offer ball-park cost estimates and answer any questions you might have.

For detailed estimates, plant lists, and planning information we reccommended purchasing design hours.

Our premium design service is $90 an hour and includes photo-real vision renderings (as seen above) and masterful site plans. We will start with a general vision plan for your property leaving room for feedback and edits.

Once we have an agreed-to vision, we will get to work on an “aerial view” site map that includes way more detail, along with an itemized estimate. The vision plan gives the big picture, while the site plan shows exactly how many plants and where.

On average, a vision plan/site map/estimate for one side of the house (or about 200 square) feet will take anywhere from 4-8 design hours.

We are professionals and build things to last. We communicate the entire process, so you know what days we will be out there and will always leave the job site clean and organized. Conversations and observation is always encouraged. (For Spring 24’ we are observing an “average” 6-week wait time for new projects).

We do not accept new jobs where the homeowner is not initially present. It is important that you are connected to what we are doing and we that we are always in sync.
